Website editor’s note: The following piece was contributed by a New Zealander who interviewed a New Zealand health care worker who was prepared to share their observations of the effects of vaccination on staff and vulnerable patients.

If any readers have observed serious adverse effects from vaccination in a health care setting (or in the community) you may share information about any such incidents in confidence with No Forced Vaccines via our contact form at this link:

The NZ Pharmacovigillance Centre at the University of Otago provides an online form via which adverse reactions to vaccines (or other medications) may be reported by health professionals (or family members or friends. ) The form is here:

Similarly, if you know of cases in which influenza (or other) vaccinations have been administered to vulnerable patients who are not mentally competent to consent to this treatment (and the patient’s next of kin or person who has medical power of attorney was not consulted or did not give consent for the vaccination) you may report any such incidents in confidence to No Forced Vaccines.  No Forced Vaccines may be contacted via our contact form at this link:

Health Care Provider Whistleblower: Vaccines Leading to Sickness, Days off Work and Death

“A little experience often upsets a lot of theory.” – S. Parkes Cadman

A New Zealand health care worker has witnessed vaccines causing harm and shares some observations in an interview conducted in mid-May, 2017. As ‘Corey’ (not real name) wishes to remain in employment, some details, including dates, locations and Corey’s gender, were omitted.

Corey worked at a rest home where residents were provided with hospital level care. The death rate was typically about five over the course of a year, but following the administration of flu shots, there was an unprecedented number within a four-week week period. Seven died within a month according to this concerned whistleblower.

Corey said the flu vaccines, which research has indicated are not only ineffective in the elderly, but immune suppressive, [1] were administered on the recommendation of a General Practitioner, (GP), who was working to Ministry of Health and World Health Organization immunization targets.

Offers Corey: “The residents were aged between 78 and 90-years-of age and some of those who died had been in good health. Within about 10 days of receiving the vaccine, the first deaths started to happen. We lost three patients within in a few days of each other and then two more a few days after that. That’s five deaths within a little more than a week!”

“They had developed a cough in the first week, they went off food and their temperatures were raised. They had bacterial pneumonia and we had to give them antibiotics, but they still went on to die. It was not a natural death and the rest home could have been in serious trouble if residents’ family members found out that the vaccines had been given, as the GP responsible had not sought consent on behalf of those who were mentally unable to say ‘no’. It’s not written anywhere that a doctor has the right to make the decision to vaccinate.”

Corey added: “What was worse was that in this case vaccinating was needless, even if you believed flu vaccines work, as the residents didn’t leave the home and staff encouraged sick visitors to wear masks, so the chances of residents getting the flu was quite limited anyway.”

Unable to acknowledge the obvious, the GP responsible said that the multiple deaths had had nothing to do with the flu vaccine and claimed that someone had brought a bug in, said Corey who disagreed: “If their deaths had been due to a virus being brought in, the patients would have had viral symptoms, which then would have moved onto a bacterial infection, because they were very debilitated or whatever. However, they developed their symptoms faster than the normal virus-to-bacterial infection. It was as if their immune systems had been compromised by the vaccine. I was morally disgusted that it happened, even though I was not a party to it and I couldn’t wait to leave the place.”

Published by ‘The Best Practice Journal’, is: ‘Recommended vaccinations for staff working in primary health care,’ in which vaccination is encouraged on the purported grounds that it reduces the risk of transmission of illnesses and that staff who have been vaccinated are better placed to encourage others to get vaccinated. Thankfully, it also states that vaccination is a personal choice and staff should not be pressured into being vaccinated.

I asked Corey if staff felt pressured to get vaccinated.

“Yes. There are two of us at work who have avoided getting the flu vaccination and we generally stay quite well. We have discussed it and we are going to try to stand our ground against what is really quite a lot of bullying, which is unjustified.

The year before we had patients with H1N1 flu in four-bedded rooms who weren’t kept isolated as there was not the ability to do this. Other patients developed the flu simply because they were already debilitated and they were exposed to it. Although I was exposed too and I did not wear a mask, and although I was unvaccinated, I did not get sick. The staff stopped nagging me to get the vaccine, as I did not get sick.”

Corey said more than once that it has seemed laughable when those responsible for the bullying have become sick shortly after they are vaccinated, while Corey, the unvaccinated one, has remained in good health.

“The flu vaccine was introduced as a free vaccine to health care workers 21 years ago and I chose not to have it and I ended up working overtime, filling in for people who had gone off sick after having had the flu vaccine – and that included all management staff. Some of them got quite sick. Last year our bosses went off sick about a week after they had had their flu shots while I remained well.”

What would legitimate scientific research reveal about the numbers of sick days taken by flu-shot vaccinated workers versus unvaccinated workers? According to Corey’s personal experience, the practice of vaccination has caused far more harm than if those wielding the needles would have left well alone.

Corey said: “Just yesterday a girl that I was working with left mid-morning as she was feeling sick and the work-load was too heavy for her and there was no way she could remain and maintain decent patient care because she was too sick. She had had her flu vaccine last week. She said to me: ‘After I had the flu vaccine, I started to feel sick and then everyday since I’ve just felt sicker, but I came to work anyway.’”

She was off work the following day also.

Says Corey: “Some of the staff have been showing me their arms this week. I have heard that this year the flu vaccine is more painful than it has ever been before and the recipients immediately had localized reactions. One girl, her arm was swollen from her elbow right up to her shoulder and it was red and very tender and she wasn’t able to tolerate the patients touching her. She said that if she got hurt during the course of the day while working, she was going to leave work and go home.”

Another staff member experienced a particularly severe reaction to the flu vaccine this year according to Corey: “One…said she started feeling sick immediately after getting the vaccine. She developed a headache which got worse over the day. By the next day her eyes were puffy and her nose was running. She looked to me as if she was having an allergic reaction and then she developed a cough. She was really sick and she had to have time off work. There have been several staff having sick days I am aware of this year after they had a flu shot.”

As well as feeling pressured to get the flu vaccine, Corey recalls being pressured to get the whooping cough booster vaccine also.

“When I was working in a community health care facility, my boss threatened all the employees by saying that we would not be paid sick pay if we became sick from whooping cough, unless we were vaccinated against it. In spite of the threat, I refused to have the vaccine, while all the others had it, including the boss.”

The vaccine they were given was Boostrix which is marketed as being especially important for health care workers.

“Interestingly, it was I, the unvaccinated one, who remained in good health,” Corey said, “while four out of five of those who had had the pertussis booster vaccination at work developed a dry distinctive ‘whoop’ of a cough and had days off sick. Plus, two of the five who had the Boostrix coughed all winter. This was for about two months. They never developed a full-blown whooping cough, but they developed a whoop, which was physically exhausting for them and annoying to listen to.”

In spite of the considerable evidence to show that the whooping cough (pertussis) vaccine does not work as it is claimed, including that whooping cough is transmitted among groups of vaccinated children, [2], some mistakenly believe that parents who refuse to vaccinate their children are harming others by denying them the power of herd vaccination, even though this theory has been completely debunked, [3].

Corey, one of those brave “anti-vax” parents, has this interesting story to share: “When my daughter was 4-years old, she attended a kindergarten where one of the children she played with developed whooping cough and was hospitalized. I received a phone call from her school to say that since my child was not immunized, she needed to be kept away from the other children as she was causing a risk to them. I replied that my child was actually immunized – with homeopathic immunizations, and I made the point that if this child with whooping cough, (reputedly one of the most contagious diseases affecting the human population), was so sick and in hospital, then surely my child would have exhibited some signs and symptoms of whooping cough by now, but she hadn’t. The school staffer responded that this is how it’s got to be, that the public health nurse had been informed and these were their regulations.”

Corey continues: “That week, scaremongering articles appeared in the local newspaper with the driving message that everyone should be vaccinated against whooping cough. When I was young, I was given this vaccine through the normal immunization schedule and yet I still developed whooping cough and I remember it was a horrible disease to have. About six weeks after the school had phoned, I learned when I spoke to the mother of the child who had gone to hospital, that the vaccine had been similarly ineffective for her child, as she told me that her child had been ‘immunized’ against whooping cough. Thankfully, my child, who was supposedly ‘unimmunized’, and who had played with the child who ended up in hospital, has never developed whooping cough.”
